  • When can I get a Zodiac Gift Box?

    Zodiac Holiday Gift Boxes will be available to the public 10/29/22 - 11/11/22, or until they are sold out. There are a limited number of boxes available, so gets yours before they are gone!

  • When will I get my Zodiac Gift Box?

    Zodiac Holiday Gift Boxes will begin shipping the week of November 24th, 2022!

  • Are there any A.O. Hamer Originals available?

    The Zodiac Collection paintings are finally available! Contact us to learn how to purchase an Original and join the Collector’s Club.

  • Help! I made an error in my order.

    No worries, let’s make it right. If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, please contact us within 8 hours of the order being placed or by the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend.   • How long will my order take to get to me? What are your estimated shipping and handling times?

    After placing your order, please allow 1 business day for processing and for 6-8 business days for production. Once your artwork is ready to go, below you can find the estimated shipping and handling times*:

    Domestic US 5-7 business days

    Canada 10-15 business days

    International** 10-30 business days**

    Express shipping is not available

    **AO Hamer is not liable for any import or customs duties that your country may impose - please check with your country's guidelines. Please note that international orders can be held at customs, and this may delay your order delivery time for up to 30 business days.

  • What is your return policy?

    For returns and any customer service enquiries, please contact heyboo@aohamer.com. All returns are handled on a case by case basis.

  • What happened to the Studio Store?

    Our studio store and online store have merged into a new bountiful Online Shop! It now offers more versatility and a smoother shopping and shipping experience for you, our customers! Now, you are able to purchase all of our products in one location: canvas, prints, clutch bags, pins, etc.

  • Can I pick up my Custom Canvas print purchase from the studio?

    Only during the time windows provided here: first Tuesday of each month from 3pm-6pm Pacific Time. If this time window isn’t convenient for you, we will happily ship your canvas print to your home.

During this time we are doing our best to make sure your order arrives on time and is delivered to you safely. At this time, your order could take a little longer than usual however, all our shipping is now tracked to ensure you can follow your order straight to your door.
