The Liberation Healing Arts Experience: Summer Edition

LIBERATIONHEALINGARTS_AOHAMER

Liberation Healing Arts is a series of creative experiences that fuses art, wellness, and spirituality. This Summer Edition is a creative day retreat where you will paint a goddess from your own custom-created paints using herbs, flowers, and fruits.

During this immersive experience we will paint the female form together and tap into this creativity that may have lied dormant. We will ignite your creative energy through a guided mindful exercise intended to stimulate your artistic imagination.

We will create custom paint colors using the natural components from Mother Nature, Herself. From fruits to flowers, herbs, and more, these colorful creations will remind you of the higher power - and purpose- that lies within your being. It's time to wake it up!

Prior painting experience is NOT needed; all are welcome.

SOLO EXHIBITION- "O: A Gemini trying to balance the poles"

  • Edmonds Community College- Lynwood Hall: Art Gallery (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

OPENING RECEPTION: Friday, Feb 16, 3:00-5:00 p.m.

The “O” exhibit is a visual representation of the energy, frequency, and vibrations within the Universe that unites us all. Hamer uses acrylic paints, glass, and mirrors to present a path that encourages the viewer to find answers to the age old questions within oneself: Who am I? Why are we here? etc. Through research of ancient, esoteric spirituality and traditional religions, Aramis is displaying her works inspired by concepts found in her meditations and dreams. One of Hamer’s influences said it best: “When artists give form to revelation, their art can advance, deepen, and potentially transform the consciousness of their community” - Alex Grey
